The Dashahe National Wetland Park, located in Erba Village, Dashahe Town, Fengxian County, Jiangsu Province, is the first station for the Yellow River to enter Jiangsu Province and the source of the Hundred Mile Dashahe River. The Wetland Park starts from Provincial Highway 254 in the east, extends to the Fengdang border in the west, reaches the old Yellow River in the south, and reaches Dasha River in the north. It is 8.1 kilometers long and covers a total area of 381 hectares. It is divided into five functional areas: ecological conservation, restoration and reconstruction, education and display, rational utilization, and management services.

The construction of the National Wetland Park was approved by the National Forestry Administration in 2014, with a planned total investment of 600 million yuan. Following the policy of "comprehensive protection, scientific restoration, rational utilization, and sustainable development", through systematic wetland protection and restoration, and habitat creation, a rich wetland ecosystem has been gradually bred. Diversified wetland resources constitute the unique wetland ecosystem of Dashahe River. It is a zone with concentrated biodiversity and high productivity, and constitutes a huge species Gene pool. At the same time, the construction of the wetland park since the pilot project has improved the ecological tourism festival of the wetland park. In 2019, it passed the acceptance of a national wetland park and in 2020, it passed the acceptance of a national AAA level scenic area, setting a model for the protection and restoration of wetlands at the source of the Old Yellow River. It also constructed an ecological barrier for the Qingshui Corridor of the East Route of the South to North Water Diversion Project, creating a foundation for the cultural inheritance and promotion of the Old Yellow River, and becoming a beautiful scenery in the ecological civilization construction of Fengxian.
